Yes, you can return the product. However, before doing so we suggest you go through our website’s return policy. For returning the product the customer has to send an email directly to us on the mentioned email id. The customer will further be guided through the process.  

We want our customers to be happy and satisfied with our products. We do provide the customization option. There are many outlined options available on the product page but sometimes the customization is also dependent on the creator and selected product.  

During such cases, the customer has to directly contact our sales teams by sending a mail with an attached product(s) invoice. We will try to get in touch with you as soon as possible. However, the customer can also opt for replacing the product.

The ‘package tracking’ feature is a feature that enables the customer to track the status of the order by simply Confirmation through E-mail or Confirmation through carrier website like Sendle or AU post tracking site.  


 Yes, we do offer national as well as international product delivery.  

It depends on where you are. The orders that are processed here will take around 5-7 business days to arrive. The deliveries overseas can take around 7-16 days. The confirmation mail that is sent will consist of all the delivery details.   

The fastest shipping service known as Sendle is used by us to send all our parcels. The expected time for the transit of the parcel is 2-3 days AU-wide however for International shipping it takes 2-3 weeks, it is dependent on the delivery location. We hope to deliver all the parcels in less than a week.   

Yes, the invoice is provided through mail once the order status is converted from “processing” to “completed”. However, you can also download a copy of the invoice from the “my account” section that is present on the dashboard.
